"L'incanto dell'oro bianco- Porcellane dal Museo Marton"

Na poziv predsjednika Fundacije Querini Stampalia, gospodina Marina Cortesea, Muzej Marton se od 11.prosinca do 27. ožujka 2011. godine predstavio u prestižnom venecijanskom muzeju Querini Stampalia izložbom nazvanom "L'incanto dell'oro bianco-Porcellane dal Museo Marton". Izložba je bila posvećena europskim porculanu 18. stoljeća te je po prvi puta izložen dio zbirke koji do sada nije bio predstavljen javnosti, a koji je izazvao veliki interes u Italiji jer se među ostalim radi i o talijanskom porculanu. Za upotpunjavanje slike o osamnaeststoljetnom porculanu pojedini predmeti za izložbu su posuđeni iz ponajboljih privatnih kolekcija na svijetu; kolekcije Richarda Cohena iz New Yorka, Giovannia Lokara iz Trsta i privatne kolekcije iz Londona.

Izložbu je popratio bogato ilustrirani katalog na talijanskom jeziku napisan od strane svjetskih autoriteta na području porculana. Postav ove izložbe Muzej Marton je odlučio povjeriti Saši Šekoranji, poznatom i izuzetno cijenjenom akademskom slikaru, scenografu, ilustratoru i dizajneru cvijeća.

S obzirom na izvrsne prijateljske veze Hrvatske i Italije, kao i njihovu stoljetnu zajedničku povijest, zatraženo je i visoko pokroviteljstvo talijanskog predsjednika Giorgio Napolitano te hrvatskog predsjednika Ive Josipovića.
